Hey everyone I have a question for you all, I'm thinking about (very likly that i'm going to do it) putting nitrous on my car. I have read into the set up a bit but I'm still not sure on what set up to use. One of my questions is what is the difference between the Dry, Wet and Fogger systems? Everything that I have read has told me that the wet system is better than the dry system but why? and how does the Fogger setup work and would it work on the 200 c.i. engine? This winter I'm goign to go buy a scrap 200 head and do alot of modifing to it to see what I can do to it. (I'm going to an Automotive College and all of the professors are heavy into racing and are very willing to help the students out with their projects.)

What i'm thinking of doing is to cut off the intake and make a whole new set up that puts each pait of cylinders on their own intake w/ a 2bbl carb for each. Right now i'm thinking about using a 75-100 shot of nitrous for my set up. Once i get my scanner working again i'll scan my idea up for you guys to look at.

Any help would be great.

Ryan

3 2's is way to much carb for a 200. just drill and tap for 1 or 2 nitrous fogger nozzles in the log and hook it up. and use an adaptor and run a 350 CFM Holley 2300

Dry systems are only for EFI engines where the extra fuel goes through the injectors.

Wet systems are any system that sprays additional fuel combined with the nitrous. Foggers fall into that category.

One fogger nozzle tapped into your log under the carb will make a huge difference and be very simple.

could you use the carb spacer that usually has coolant hoses running to it? (my hoses have been disconnected and spliced)
