Well, I have this 67 coupe I picked up, got the engine started today, so I went to install the radiator hoses on it and it has the wrong radiator in it, 67, 6 cly. the lower hose is supposed to be on the left-side of the radiator, the radiator that was in the car, has it on the right-side, help what car interchanges with it? I want to go to pick & pull tomorrow and try and get one. Anyone know what I could use?

I had the same problem - a V8 radiator and a six cylinder engine - and used a 36" flexible hose from Summit Racing to connect.

Temporarily (or permanently) use a metal tube and cut the hose so that you use the curves of the rubber hose to connect the engine to the metal tube to the radiator (if that makes sense)

I would use stainless steel myself.

Never thought of doing this, for temporarily it would work

do you have the part #?

With something corrosion resistant it would work permanently. There are plenty of kits out there for SBCs and SBFs that are stainless steel tubes with a 3 or 4 inch coupler on either end, look real nice once it's polished up

If I was stranded I'd scrounge some heat resistant PVC tubing and see if I could get down the road with that.

:D OR,you could just go to a good radiator shop and have them swap the outlets to the opposite sides.
Good luck.Have fun.Be safe.

Just search 36" radiator hose on Summit. Or, walk into an auto parts store and ask there. Pretty common part for domestic cars. O'Reillys carries Gates Vulcoflex II hoses which are pretty good.

I found some 30" hose's and then I checked the price of a 36 flex hose, I just decided to just buy the correct radiator and be done with it.
