i'm waiting for the crossflow kit, but that's just me

keep up the good work Mike! we really appreciate it!

Mike, just a suggestion, but one other thing that most of us could use is a repair sleeve for our balancers. Most balancers that age will have a significant groove worn in them and a good rebuild would include a sleeve to repair that damage. It's fairly cheap and easily done at home.

8) you might also consider adding either new balancers, or getting a place like the dampner doctor to rebuild balancers for you. just a thought.

Jack - Those Sleeve n Seal kits are readily available at most tranny and driveline shops. I used three of them when I rebuilt my transfer case 16 years ago. Never leaked a drop from the output yokes after that. Pricey though, IIRC they were about $20 apiece in the 80s.

I'll keep adding parts as funds permit. Everytime I sell a part, the profits go right back into a fund for new parts. Stocking all the different parts isn't cheap. Right now, I have enough money tied up to pay off my house.

Here's a pic of coated pistons (not ours), which are next in line.

Not only can they coat pistons, they also do ceramic coatings in various colors. The parts look awesome. Here's some pics just to get an idea of what it looks like. These are scans from a brochure, so the quality isn't great.

Mike, I was just at your site last week adding up everything I need to do a build on my 200. So far I’m up to just under 1K. I’m saving my pennies and looking forward to getting all of my parts from one source. It sound like you will have everything I need by the time I’m ready to buy.

Keep us posted on the coated pistons. If I use the coated dished I would be able to push the compression up to 10:1.

Thanks for such a great source of parts, Ric.
