PCV yet again

Quick question I have a 68 block 69 head 200. My carb spacer has no nipple for PCV, it is plugged. I believe it is from the 63 engine that was replaced in this car. Is there a way to achieve proper pcv without the correct carb spacer or can I drill the plug out of the carb spacer and put a nipple on. As of now I have no PCV setup at all and, as others here have experienced, I have a lot of breather cap oil loss.
Thanks,
Neil

i dont see what would be wrong about drilling out the plug and putting a nipple on there, it would function the same as if it was an unplugged one that had the original pcv nipple on it
