Plug Gap?

Well, I took the plung this weekend & converted the '63 over to eletronic ignition, Pentronix style. So far I'm rather pleased, if anything, not having to replace the points all time its worth it. So, what are you guys using as far as plug gap? My other 2 vehicles (200 & 300 I6s) have DS2 & I'm running a .044" gap. Would this work for the Pertronix?

I just put in the pertronix system in my 65 falcon with a 170ci and I regapped to .045" and adjusted the timing. Its running well

with a high ignition system gapping from .050 - .060 is recommended for the best performance....but if all your doing is the pertronix distributer that gas is good...
