Well, it's not the products fault or workmanship at this point. And I do have a clue. What happened is I was sent the wrong Cam. He sent me an American Racing Cam when I ordered a Clay Smith cam. case closed.
Sometimes one has to ask dumb questions to get honest answers if you know what I mean. :roll:
And now, the problem has been found, it's not Mikes product at fault or my investigative techniques or measuring capabilities, it was a simple mix up.
Mike has already agreed to take back the wrong cam and send the right one. He is making this right and that should be noted as well. Stuff happens, but man, it took all that to find it out
Don't take this post as anything other than an engine builder who wants only the best and is very picky when it comes to what he buys. Everyone here has been more than helpfull and not feeling sorry for me is no problem because theres no reason to.
I have been in touch with Mike and we are getting this resolved. He has been true to his word so far.
