All Small Six Pulled a Ford six out of the weeds. Scrap or save?

This relates to all small sixes
Its been sitting outside for decades. Everything is frozen. My impulse is scrap, but I wanted to check with someone who knows something. Engine block code is: 13 C8DE 6015-A

... maybe a few internal oily parts would survive 'decades' but it could always be repurposed :

Got any photos of this poor engine? You need a minimum of 5 posts before you can post photos. Site rules to prevent spammers.

If the rocker shaft and rockers aren't rusted solid, I'd suggest you save them. It's not as though Ford or anyone else is making them any more.

The head might be salvagable although a small log but who knows. Maybe a mad scientist type would want to do a triple carb setup or cut it up and add intake manifolds.

Crank if it's oily would be worth salvaging. I spent a bit of money getting mine ground an polished and I would have been happy to spend a smaller amount for one that was true and needed less work.

Rods will be original forged. Its a C8 so 1968 block? Should have forged rods I think.

If it's not too bad off, I'd strip it and see if it's worth rebuilding (fun project) or selling parts.

Cheers,
Andrew
