Does anyone know if one of the bearing caps (the part that the crankshaft bearing snaps into) has a T on it? They are all numbered 1 2 3 4 6 and then their is one with a T. It seems to be a bit wider then the rest. Is this the number 5 bearing cap? I got the crankshaft polished and the block zero decked a few months ago and I went to start putting it all back together today and it seems that one bearing cap with the T on it is a bit wider and is a little different looking. HELP!

That's your thrust bearing cap. It should also have an arrow that points to the front of your motor (like the other caps often do).

So that is the right bearing cap? Is it the number 5 bearing? So it should go 1 2 3 4 T 6? What im concerned about is that the bearing slot on the bearing cap is a bit wider then the nothc on the bearing? Is that right?
