The triple SU carb setups for 2V are/were made by LYNX in Sydney, Australia. They are not cheap, and work best with separate float bowl type SUs, such as the HS-6. These carbs are not well known in the US and you will need to either gain experience with them yourself, or associate with Jaguar/MG/Triumph drivers (could do worse things than hang around folks with money ).
If you have a specific question, for a specific person, the PM feature serves well for such purposes.
I've seen a dual side draught setup, home made (I could have it for $50 or a crate of Southwark Premium), also you can do your own with ¼" mounting plates brazed on. The CD175 and HS6 type carbs are side mounted. See this pic for an example of the side mount flange:
The "1V" bit has no effect on whether the carbs are up, down, or side draught type. What is worth noting, is that side mount carbs are pretty close to the exhaust manifold/headers. Heat soak can be an issue, also fuel leakage. The separate fuel bowls of this type pictured are IMO a means of abating the heat issues.
early 70's Volvos are where us cheap MG guys are getting our HS-6's now days. Also, the early 240Z has a 44mm (just a bit larger than an HS-6) Hitatchi licensed SU replica, design details are little better than the Brit SU's. Stay away from the Tuna Cans (squared off top type Hitatchi)
Pick up a copy of the last three issues of Practical Performance- articles on making your own throttle bodies and injector bungs, then control it with a Megasquirt.
Their parts have a throttle blate in each body, rather than the single TB and plenum most cars use
