give me some tips !! wat is wrong with my setup ?

Either you did not line them up and push them into the rear pinion all the way, You can to fiddle a little till the splines line up then it slips right in. Or you reversed the axles and placed the long in the short side. The long axle is on the Right Side (Passenger Side) and the short one goes into the LEft side (Driver Side)

The bearings will not go all the way into the housing. Remember, there was a backing plate and a gasket before.

But this isn't a problem. Just install the plate and tighten it down. It will still hold the bearing in place.
