My first listing to the group!

I have a 65 coupe with a 1988 installed 250 and T5. Mine has a 1980 head on a '72 block, if that helps. I have the Schjeldahl brothers' book, but am looking for a good shop manual or similar for all the regular stuff they don't go into. My 1965 Mustang shop manual is great for the 200, but I'd like an appropriate one for the 250 so I don't get caught assuming things are the same and completely screw things up.

Any ideas or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Helms published the Ford shop manuals back then. Years ago before the aftermarket got their hands on them, I ordered a shop manual on microfilm. Kind of useless now. Anyway, the mustang parts houses will have shop manuals for the Fords. My set for 73 was broken into several volumes. Engine, body, electrical, chasis etc. A set for '72 might have the same format. Occasionally I have seen original manuals in the public library.
check the web for Helm or Helms publishing. Motorbooks also carries a lot of old manuals.
