skipping i can't trace

hey guys my post somehow disappeared. the injector checked openwhich i guess is normal. i didn't have a light, but was getting voltage to the wire at the injector. it was hard to read but seemed to be very low, but it was the same on the next cyl. that is firing ok. how many volts should there be? thanks for the help
