Stock '67 200 CID can I just bolt on a DSII and go? Is it worth while? If I "should" have other modifications can I do that at a later date?

My problem is that I have to adjust the timing and points every couple of months or I end up with hesitation and poor starting.

Would the DSII help?

yes the dura ll is a great update , wourth the money !
engine is running much smoother , better gasmilage ,just turn the key and the motor is runnig !!!!! i did set my spark plugs on 60 now , and stil running good !
it,s a right bolt in kit , only the wiring give some problems ,when you not reading first the wiring diagram correctly , , but there is a good diagram on the fordsix.com tech section !
it,s almost nr 1 when want to do a GOOD and cheap udate to the engine !
when possible ad a msd6a box and a good coil ! the orginal dura ll wiring to a msd box is stil up for buying !
look ad ebay there are lots of msd box with a coil for cheap !
did thought AL got a new dura ll dizzy for sale ?

everything is still stock, '67 200 CID, my plugs are "autolite 48"s :? those are the only markings on them, what should the gap be?

And exactly how do I adjust the gap? I don't want to damage anything.

Be gentle, I'm a newb!

what would be the best way to clean up my plugs, is it worth the effort or should they just be replaced.

I would like to know about cleaning anyway even if I should be changing them.

again, thanks guys.
