Ken,
First, let me apologize for not getting back to you until tonight. I had back surgery last week and can barely manage to sit at the computer for more than a few minutes at a time.
My correct e-mail address and phone number are posted on my website. The fordsixparts addy was changed mid summer to my current addy due to Cox Cable buying out Cable America. However, you must have the correct e-mail addy, as you ordered the parts via e-mail, rather than thru the website.
You didn't give me three days to reply as you stated. You sent your PM to me on Sunday morning, then posted this topic on Monday night, so I don't see where that adds up to 72 hours?

Subject: Head parts
Hey Mike,
I ordered and received set of valves, rockers, push rods, and so on. My engine builder received them and rebuilt my head. Also adding a 2bbl plate. When I picked up the yesterday, the head had 1.38 exhaust valves, not the 1.5 exhaust valves I ordered.
I am an over the road truck driver and never looked at the parts, all I can do when ordering parts, is believe the sender.
Ken
I took Sunday off trying to get some rest and recouperation, and was not feeling well last night either, so I was unable to get on the computer as I had hoped. Unfortunately this has put me behind in answering e-mails and PM's. I've done my best to keep up, but guess its just not good enough. Therefore, please except my apology for not responding quick enough.
As for the valves, you ordered replacement series valves, not the 1.50 port flow valves. Therefore, I shipped precisely what you ordered. Below is a copy of the e-mail you sent ordering the valves, note the part number as well as the price you were charged. I think the error was yours, rather than mine.
As for the pushrods, you sent me an e-mail simply stating you needed pushrods, no engine size was mentioned, nor was a part number. Only that you needed pushrods. Considering it was a last minute addition to your order, and the fact that you didn't mention the engine size or a part number in that email, or even in the email when you ordered the parts (other than the subject line), I would think you could give me a bit of a break on that one. So yes, I sent the wrong pushrods. I get approximately 60 e-mails a day, or about 300 per week. I simply can't remember the engine size of each customer, or something that may have been stated in a previous e-mail, yet somehow I am expected too. Guess that's one good reason I should refuse to take orders by email, as there is to much room for error.
At any rate, if you send the pushrods back, I'd be happy to refund your money. As for the valves, they are exactly what you ordered. Again, please except my apology for not responding within one business day. My bad.........
Hi Mike,
