Faszinating!

I'd love to dissect one of those. In the articles, they are described as the most popular tuning carbs in England in the 60´s and 70´s, yet there are none offered on ebay.co.uk currently.

I wonder how hard it would be to build one from scratch. A milling machine and an engine lathe would be essential tools, but otherwise its all down to careful measuring on the tolerances. It's an amazingly simple design, I'm still searching for the obligatory drawbacks.
