i was talking to my dad the other day, cos my little brother just bought a 1982 505 peugot this thing holds the road like a rock, OK i know its a 4 bangerand its only 2 litres but its a 5 spd manual and pulls like a ox, and once at 120 it sits there all day, but anyway he likes it cos its not too big and not a jap mobile, and will suit him while he does up his dream an XB, unfortunaltely i cant convince him that a worked 6 is as good as an 8, and i will admit the 8s sound better, but a healthy six sounds bloody good too
i will get back to the point i was talking to my dad and they are looking at a new BA as our family vehicle, apparently the suspension is the same or similar as wot some of the euro cars such as the mercs have had for over 20 years, in defence of the BA they look fresh and apparently they have a smaller turning circle than the new camry, is this due to the fact that the front wheels lie over as they turn ? if this is so then that is nnothing new either? how come its claimed to be a new innovation ?
