hey guys,
Installed a new vacume advance today and i am having problems still. Before it ran now it dont. Im pritty sure its in my timing so i decided to start from scratch. Pulled the distribitor benched it and did the vacume advance put it back in so that the rotor is hitting the cap to fire on cylinder one. still no fire.. Its getting fuel and spark. i am going to re do it all again so my question is whats the easyest way to put cylinder 1 at TDC on an intake stroke so that i can install my dist. or am i doing it wrong, been along time sence i delt with timeing issues. also i noticed when its cranking over that there is electricity jumping on the coil from the negative to the dist wire. I am very confused can u guys lend me a hand. Thanks
Wes
