Turbo Cam

I've been looking at this camshaft that Mike is selling, the Product ID: CSC-278-SDP-14
278/272-114* Solid Cam - Turbo cam.
I have a couple of questions and need some help,I am building a N/A engine.
With the 114* lobe center, would it be correct to say I should get excellent vacuum?
Would I also get a smooth idle?
Would it also be safe to say installing the cam 4* advanced would give the engine excellent low end and with that lobe center help top end power, say verse a 110* or 112* of the same grind?
I'm trying to get the best of both worlds :rolflmao:

You'll probably have great vacuum!
But if you're going to run N/A get a cam with more exhaust duration and a 110 (or less) LCA.
