Yeah Will he means the header flange, and Tommy 3/8" should suffice. Take your exhaust manifold gasket and flat plate steel, trace it and have it cut or you can do it yourself.

--OR--

Sell the mustang, buy a bronco and you can "j-pipe" to the turbo...Yeah!

I am working on it t-bone. I found a connection to a laser/plasma cutting place so hopefully I will know something in a week or two.

will I meant the actualy flange that meets up to the head. P-Dawg lemme know not really in a hurry... well until "it" gets here  I was planning on possbily makign my own by tracing but we'll see. the bronco Idea is kina cool but I would never trade my mustang. I definately cant wait to be able to drive the beast again!

I can get a flange for you. A guy hear locally (Tucson) already has the program.
All I need to do is call him and tell him how many! It'll fit the log, Oz, and aluminum head. (some port matching of the flange required for use on the aluminum head due to the port size. :D )

I currently have one flange at the house, but it's slated for a new header for Kelly's car.

The last time I ordered them (5 of them) the price was $60 each.
That's for 3/8" mild steel, laser cut.
Let me know.

Tony,
Yes the flange will fit an Oz head. It'll even fit the new FSPP aluminum head. Although some header/flange port matching will be required due to the much better ports in the alum. head.

I'll have to confirm the price because the $60 each was about a year ago.

Later,
Will

Now FWIW I didn't confirm the price yet. I'll do that today and post back up.

Sorry ,

I read the PM when I received it.

I should have stated : " never got the confirmed price $$ answer"... you were busy with a fresh engine , parts and combo to dial in.

I may place a newspaper ad to sell the Falcon in january while all the auto auctions run. Then I will sell off the turbo stuff, Oz head & the short block if the car sells.

I've been doing the car thing for 4 decades. I must be tired, the thrill is gone

Is that the one that is 24" core width?
I am using the 18" core width....it fits perfect. Can't imagine trying to work with one too much larger.
