Valve stem seals question

I called Advance Auto to buy replacement valve stem seals. They said they have 2 diffrent brands, Felpro and Seal Power. Which is the better of the two? What type should I get? Anyone know of better aftermarket ones and where to get them? Teflon or Rubber? NAPA said they could'nt even get them. Also I read on a post that there are different sizes. I have a 1966 Mustang stock 200 I6. Should I just get the umbrella style or is there a better seal out there. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think it matters, my parts stores almost always sell me Felro, so that's what I use. There is only 1 size of valve stem, the umbrella ones are the nicest, rubber versus teflon.. I don't see the advantage is seeking the teflon parts, I just don't know how they could be that much better, or if they ever sold them for a 200, you'd most likely have to do a bunch of cross checking for to find a bent8 or bent6 with better aftermarket support and then make sure they have the same valve stem size and space inside the valve spring.

If I were you I'd buy whichever brand is closest to your house, provided they have it in stock.
