What is the availability of the heads at the moment?

You know, after really thinking about it I may just consider going this route if the head can be used in a nice mild build. But what is the availability of the heads at this moment? Will a fully assembled head be ready for bolt on or will it need some kind of modification before being added to the block? Will there be any variations of the head coming out or is this it?
