Which should I do? Adjustable or Non-Adjustable Rockers?

I found upon dissassembling my old engine that it actually had adjustable rockers. I was wondering if I should go with the adjustable ones or stick with the non adjustable rockers. I've got a comp cam 260H that I'm putting in the engine.

From what I gather adjustables are always better. Especially if you are milling a newer head to gain back the compression ratio.
