HEY, WHO HAD THE HARMONIC BALANCERS FOR SALE? (sorry for caps)

was it AZ?

I was told I now need one...it wobbles and the rubber is sheding out. I assume install is straight forward....correct? a few bolts...nothing special?

Dampers are not interchangable between engine sizes.

Or you can use a double groove damper from the Damper Doc. Just do a google seach.

ford six.com did it again. i was on the net looking for a harmonic balancer.surffed for a while with no luck. on my way off the net i went to ford six to check the forum (as i do every day) and BAM!!! there it was. all i needed to know to get a balancer. thanks guys and girls...frank...

I believe Mike is working on some Romac ones, but it's a "from scratch" design process. They will be second only to genuine Fluidampr, IMO. (Who don't do a small six damper anyway.)

Adam is correct. Romac is building them from scratch as the OZ 200 balancers have a larger diameter than those in the US. I should have them in a few more weeks. I have pics and info on my website http://www.fordsixparts.com/Harmonic Balancers.htm

Just ordered mine from DamperDoc.... was a very pleasant experience... they new their stuff and it will be shipped today....

Thanks for the tip... I was looking at round $100 for a replacement from most places I found that even had one....
