Where can I find these?

I have a 1952 215 engine. We had it rebuilt, and got it back from the machine shop a few days ago. The small holes in the block that are open to the cam journals, used to have little cup shaped plugs in them. The machine shop is not sure where to find any. What are you folks using to fill these? Thanks in advance for any help... Mark

 Can you post some pictures of the area you are talking about? Good luck

Sounds like little freeze plugs or if the holes are threaded use NPT pipe plugs of the correct size. One of the holes may be for the oil pressure sending unit.

Do you mean like the one just above the motor mount boss?

These take a press in plug like a freeze plug.
