I put in a 8" single diaphragm booster and discs up front but I haven't gotten it on the road to test the brakes yet or hooked a vacuum gauge up to the engine, so I can't help you out with that info.

I would use the schneider springs recommended on the cam card, (or call them back, and have them added to your order)

The cam card recommended 90# closed/270# open, Schneider # 68044 (125/310 @ 1.65") Which would be more a lot more than recommend on the cam card. I went with a light spring, I was paranoid about break in with heavy springs and I don't have hardened seats in the head either. My head guy shimmed them and said they were 70# installed closed iirc. I used Comp 906-12's which are pretty light @ 61/137 @ 1.6", I was going to use Comp 903-12's which are rated 80/212 @ 1.7". I have a D5 head I'm going to do a 2 barrel conversion to, when I do that I will use heavier springs, probably the 903-12's or I'll use Schneider's recommendation.
