5200 holley manual choke

I just ot my holley 5200 and need to know what to get for a manual choke. My local parts store didnt have a clue, do I just hook a cable directly to the choke linkage or would it be easier to go ahead use the water connection.

If you want to replace your automatic choke with a manual one they have them at Summit.com Holley part number HLY-45-225
