after an upgrade to an electric fan , i lost the bolt,s for the fan adapter

from my electric fan is my temp sensor broken , so i did wanted to instal the orginal fan again for cooling and make me some nice led and remote controller box, but i did sold a box with a flex fan AND bolt s to a friend ,
so i,m missing now my bolts to ad the orginal fan back . np for you US guys to buy some new bolts , but after 2 weeks now i stil dont found any bolts , thought i made myself some new ones, but treathing the new bolts wil needing a tread cutter , and is also impossible to get a treadcutter in size 5/16 x 24 here in holland !

so im looking for 4 bolts to ad an orginal fan to the water pump . long bolts almost 60 m/m long !
some one can help me out ? i got paypal , so paying is np and shipping cost also np . i need them urgent !!

btw i,m feeling a little bit silly to ask this , after al things i make for the mustang i cant get these tread bolts !and i dont want to put new metric tread into the pully so that some other bolts wil fit , wanted to keep it orginal .

holland is metric US is unf tread , not always verry handy ! i got 2 toolboxes here , metric and unf .

I don't have any spares but if it will get you out of a bind, I will pull the bolts off the 68 and send them. It is a 68 so we will need to verify the length.

I can appreciate what you are saying.

When the snap-on tool truck stops by every week 90% of the tools he carries are metric, only vehicles produced in the USA after mid eighty's are either part metric or all metric.

Harley-Davidson still uses the old USA fasteners.

Having grown up on the old system its a pain in the ass to use metric's.

Hard to change old ways. but to trade overseas its like europe going to the euro for currency.

thx stubby would be great , if you got paypal , just send me the complete ammound for the bolts incl shipping cost . if you got the bolts out , pm me for my adres and i wil needing your accound name for paypal then.

and yes, its also hard here with metric and unf. , thats why i got 2 toolboxes here , and not those little ones, lucky sometimes to snap some tools from an auction ore oldtimer meeting here , sometimes there is an old guy with lots of unf tools .

why is it so hard to get some bolts and nuts here in holland in unf tread ? the normaal unf you can get , not easy but sometimes there is . dont even try to ask for special unf bolts , like 5x16x24 tread onto it !!

mostely i make them myself , new bolt,s but this time i got no tread cutter for it , and nobody else i know got 1 for me .

Keeping it original sounds kinda silly comming from a guy making billit hubs and aftermarket brakes. I would reclock the bolt holes 90 degrees and drill and tap for 8 mm bolts. You can't even see the bolts when installed.

It will be Tuesday before I can pull the bolts, pack them and get a quote for shipping.

hahaha yea told in the message i feel a little bit silly to ask this , and did already expect these comments , making lots of costum stuf and cant get to make 4 bolts ?
:P

btw , nice idee , drilling new holes into the wheel ,i wil see if i have enough clearance for drilling holes ,otherwhise i must disamble the cooler ore pump . i let you know how it did workt out !

I would pull the water pump and drill and tap. The 8mm bolts are only .003 different in dia. But I will send bolts if needed.
