Haha thanks, but the problem is I did initially try what you told me and when I tried to start the engine I got some ugly noises and a puff of white smoke from somewhere on the engine. I have no idea why that happened, but it made me scared to try it again until two other wiring diagrams proved the one I had was wrong.
