Engine dies on left turns

Has any one figured out this problem with the 2100 and adapter on a 200?? Mine is realy bad

By playing with the float level I was able to minimize the effect, but not eliminate it. that's w/ a weber 38/38. The only way to totally eliminate it is to rotate carb so that float bowl is to the front. Right now I'm working on a CFI based injection system becasue I'm so sick of this problem (5 years and going...)
