to start with, we know that the tang is always on the same side between a rod and its cap. assuming you're not sure which way the rod relates to the piston, simply check the next one in line.
keep in mind that while your other pistons appear fine today, you need to be sure you've corrected the cause of the spark knock (timing, etc) to make sure you don't continue doing damage. also, there's a chance that another piston has hidden cracks resulting from the same abuse that broke the one. its enough to need a good inspection anyway.
