Engine started.What to do next?

Hi all. I finally got my engine to stay running. I am not sure what to do next. I guess the timing would be next but not sure. Could i get some suggestions. And please describe like you were talking to someone who knows nothing. Cause thats kinda how i am. All this is first time. I am running a tri-carb set up if that helps. It is a 200 with pertronix II and flame thrower. . Not sure if any other info is needed. I just need a little direction on where to go next.

First thing I would do is remove the outer carbs and bolt a metal blocking plate over the holes. Tune up your center carb and set your timing. Then put the outer carbs on and retune your car.
