Finally got the 200 back from the machine shop!

Looks nice! Wait until you fire it up. Remember to record your big smile.

Good work on the floor pans too.

How much was your head gasket and how thick is it? Very nice engine build and car. I just did my engine so if you have any questions I maybe able to help. How much boost are you going to use and turbo or super?

Very nice. I'm jealous. I have a 200 in my garage tore down and waiting to go to the machine shop. My block had previously been bored .040 over. I'm trying to decide if I want to bore this one to .060 or try to find another block.

The head gasket is from SCE part# 93156, it's .050 thick, and it runs $157.43. I'm planning to run somewhere around 14-15 psi turbocharged when it's all said and done but I will probably gradually get to that number. Better to be safe than sorry. Yeah when she fires up I will be grinning from ear to ear you can bet on that!

Nice Looking Build , Like it all except the Copper Head Gasket , Been There , if its a race only deal its livable , but good luck keeping the fluids where they should go , They seal the combustion pressure in fine , but coolant and oil always seem to seep

PM Does10s. I believe he uses a copper head gasket on his 250 turbo Falcon.
Sure he can give you some pointers on sealing the gasket on your 200.
