Headers and engine dress-up

Hello, my wife and I just got our 65 coupe today. It had been restored a short time ago. I was wondering if I dressed up the engine with chrome valve cover and breather if it would hurt the value. Where can I find a header for the 200 6-cylinder?

Dress it up, but keep the original parts.

Unfortunately, the 65 six cylinder coupes aren't the most valuable cars in the world to begin with. I wouldn't worry about degrading the value much. I would keep the parts if they are original, numbers matching parts. Otherwise, chuck them.

Dress it up as much as you like, it only has to make you happy. My favorite color is chrome.
