All Small Six Help! Did I just screw up my new build?

In light of the engine in first video being at 1000 and slowed down and seeing at real speed, I am not happy about the oil flow getting to the rocker tip. I do not have a solution right now. It may be fine, not 100 % sure it is. I am use to seeing more oil.

As high as the rpm was, booster fuel dribbling out may not be abnormal. Need to idle the engine down a good bit. Then there should not be booster fuel.

The throttle plates are completely closed with almost no airflow past the boosters.
There should be no fuel coming out of the boosters.
Also the two boosters are not acting the same even with the throttle plates open.
Something is not right with the carburetor.
