Save money , get the Dist recurved ( any dist no matter new or not needs it ) add a Pertronix conversion ,it will do all you need on 95% of any Falcon 6 builds, that way you can keep your points in the glove box in case of a ignition failure, your money , your build

Actually, the one that's already in there is a '70 distributor running a 20 yr old Pertronix. For the cost of a new Pertronix (or just slightly more) I was able to get this HEI. I figured it was worth a shot and I'll always be able to fall back on the current setup (which to my knowledge has never been curved) if I'm not satisfied with the HEI. I probably have the points sitting around somewhere. I'm a packrat so probabaly haven't pitched 'em.
