lifter tick?

whats involved in setting the rockers in a 200. I have a bad lifter tick and want to see if it just needs adjusting and quiet it down.

I am also curious about this, and somehow I have the feeling that people are going to say "Your going to want to replace it" or "In the long run it will be better to replace it"

Nobody wants to pull the cylinder head just to replace lifters.
