Guys I promise this will be the last time I ask this, I have a C5 block and head. There is no smog pump, the carb I have is a non-spark valve 1100, the dist I am using is a single vacuum advance with no springs or weights under the breaker plate, would I be better off changing to a single diaphram with internal weights for better performance and fuel economy.
Also I have cut off the flow of coolant to the carb plate, but still have a hard start acts like it is loading up, after hot soak any tricks up your sleeves would be appreciated.
