3 I don`t know how to post pics :?

Glad I could be of some help. :D

Yes you can remove that air pump, I never liked those things anyway.

I had A/C on my Capri (which didn't work) and I removed it.
The weight of the Condenser and Compressor combined was worth the effort, I think together they weighed at least 20 lbs.

You should look into getting a Carter YF carb. The Holley model is a little on the small side.

Will look into it! Thanx again
Mav, If you can get pics or if u ever want to get pics just send them to me and ill post/host them.

I'm glad things seem to be gettin better for ya.
As for the emissions and u havin a classic etc, to be safe, I'd check w\ an inspection station, specially if its close to time to get it inspected.

I don know what the laws on emissions r where u r located, all I've been told, where i live is, if it came w\ it from the factory, it has to be on it and "hookt up".

I'll send ya a private message bout somethin tho.
Lastly tho, if your city/county requires u to have it on and its been causing problems, then, most likely it wont pass the emission tests.

In my city/county, all cars that have emissions on them from the factory, have to have them in place and workin properly. Your car bein rich, here, they'd fail it OR, simply charge u to fix it so that it will pass, pending on the problem.

I guess it really sux cause, here, u can drive about 30 mins to the next county and they dont have to have any emissions tests, only road safety tests, ie tires, lights, mirrors etc.

As if the excess pollution from cars outside our city/county, stays there and our air is sohhhhh clean :: rolls eyes :: o well.
