Putting in new heater hose?

Just wondering how difficult it will be for me to put in new heater hoses. I just cut the old ones off at the fire wall. Looks to me like I will have to take the heater box completely out to get the new hoses hooked up. Any suggestions to ease the process?

It's pretty straightforward, just make sure you don't kink the hose when re-installing the heater box. It makes for cold winters!
