radiator cap psi

I replaced my pony with a 4 rows radiator. Right now it has a 6-8 psi on it. After driving for 20 minutes I open my hood and see the valve caps smoking!

My question is, what is the minimum psi for sixes?

13 I think. I have a chrome 16psi one on.

8) the factory put 13lb caps on.
