Smoke from pipes

Been about a month since I started my Falcon and now it has a light gray smoke coming from the pipes at idle. It's an inline 170. Even after about 15-20 minutes it was still there and an even darker smoke appeared when I pressed the gas. Also idled erratic as well. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

does it stay that way once it's fully warmed up? 15-20 minutes might not be long enough for it to warm up completely.

when you gas it, does the smoke continue steadily, or is it a quick dark puff and it goes away? how do the plugs look?

It has never done this before it was parked. I could start it and 5 minutes later on the road I go. The smoke is constant but very light except when I press the gas and then it is very noticable.
