Timing

This is a stupid question. But here it goes.

I just received a new (rebuilt) harmonic balancer from Mike. I do not see any timing marks. Where are they located?

There is only a little notch.

Bayrunner:
There should be a "notch" on the balancer.
It lines up with the corresponding marks on the timing chain cover, which tells you where the timing is set.

Before you install layout degree marks at least up to 40 degrees. This will be very useful later when dialing in your tune.

Also put a little red or blue paint in the mark on the balancer, it will help you see it better

Unfortunatly that isn't accurate because the Diameter is not the same , easy to just measure and do the 360 in a circle based on the Diameter and apply per inch
