Thank you! No sir, not going to run an intercooler. This bronco still see mud and rocks...big rocks. If you tune it right, no intercooler, some have seen 19 psi, Probably not for long though. Sorry about the late reply, got caught up at work. Thank you for the kudos, and naw it is just a regular old cheapy Bosch single wire from AutoZoo, I think $7.00. Got an Auto Meter A/F ratio gauge to hook it to, right next too the vacuum/boost gauge. Have not hooked it up yet, though...that's coming and I'll keep y'all posted. If so what kind of readings are you seeing?
Linc's 200":3k0htlzz said:A narrow band O2 isn't useful as a tuning aid, because they just don't read very far away from 14.7:1 (stoichiometric)
It'll very likely just stay on "rich" the entire time you are driving.

2) I plan on using a pcv off of a turbo coupe, ..I've heard complications on this subject about pressure in crankcase, but aren't those engines running high boost levels?

I just took the one stiffest spring off (there were two styles) and that worked great.
I did a test on these with a rubber tipped blow gun. I tested eight different ones, The one I use seals perfectly, no check valve needed.

any sound clips?

Oh, I see. The muffler will remove all turbo sounds.

Little more fiddling of each? Really, the timing can be in a lot of places and still have no stumble...look to see if the parts of the accelerator pump are bad, not just shooter size.
