HHO is water and only occurs as a gas in the form of steam. HHO is the fully oxidized form of hygrogen, basically inert and will not and can't oxidize further. So we are back to the part where some energy or secret process breaks water down to HH and O and we receive a greater amount of energy when recombining to HHO. :roll:

Hey the USofA is not the only country paying $145+ / bbl for oil.
If they had a real deal the auto manufactures would be in a bidding war for the process.
Hey, if Ford or GM or Lada rolled a car out the door that could burn water what would happen to the other manufactures?
