Yes - but plan on re-jetting it, which can take awhile. Best source for jets is an Italian guy on ebay, I think Alfa1750 is his name. Read the "rejetting Weber" sticky at the top of this forum for a ton of info/suggestions.
Stovebolt - $10, and redrill two holes so you can do away with the Ford adapter. I posted some pics somewhere on here.
No/Yes - No, if you don't have a SCV carb/dizzy setup. One change at a time is better. If you have a SCV carb/dizzy setup, Yes you'll have to swap dizzys along with the carb. I forget when Ford got rid of the SCV...
I have no idea, but LaGrasta says 200, that's good for me.
