Use the Aces unit instead.
The ecu is separate from the TB and away from the engine heat and vibration

I'm shooting for more then 350hp more like 450-500

interesting info on the 'Aces' unit. - So Holley discontinued 2Bbl 'Sniper' ?
.
actual dimensions are also important with inline six. simple adapters as shown would need 4Bbl way above valve cover. Offset intake from original intake port may be needed. with a Draw-Thru turbo project, search for offset intake led to early Buick Turbo V6 non-ECM/EFI carb'd configurations. 90 Degree 4Bbl intake may interest you.
.
.

with the special draw-thru 4Bbl design, 250 ran great with reasonable boost levels and AFR's until stock engine lost piston ring lands with too much right foot enthusiasm ... ( sustained @ 1 Bar/14 lbs boost ). Spooled up quickly , learned Fuel/Timing control can't be minimized.
.
.
.
still had clearance issues but had spare hood for 'development.
.
.
same platform now uses a Supercharger in Blow-Thru mod'd 2Bbl 2300 config', with much improved Ign. Timing and Fuel mangement - running great for few thousand miles with @ 5-8 max boost until Blow-Off ( usually ;) )
.

.
have fun

650 HP N/A, about 550 HP boosted.
Again the ECU is separate from the throttle body and is away from the engine heat and vibration.

How are you going to adapt a 4 barrel TB to a log head?
What are you going to use for connecting rods and piston?

ACES has a special sale right now; Killshot 4Bbl TBI system for $599.99.
It has a 3bar MAP sensor, can be used with a blow-through system, and can control timing.

looks like that one only goes upto 350 hp

sorry for the delay, not exactly sure how it was going to be mounted I was hoping the adapters in the above post would help and as far as piston and rods ill have to let you know the machine shop will get those and he will modify the large log head for the adapters
I do like powerbands idea I will show this to the machine shop see what he thinks
