The 170-188-200-221/ OZ 250 use a 14.3 mm diameter thick bolt with a 44.45 mm long shank. It's its own design, common from 1963 to 1992 on non cross flow logs, 2V's and X-flows.

No way, no how a 15.8 bolt gonna fit in a 14.3 mm hole, it'll bottom out with in a turn of three.
