I understand that this is a 6 cylinder but I was hoping that someone could tell me if 289 rocker arm will fit on a 200.

no, the ford 200 uses a shaft mount rocker like to ford FE series engines. Fhe ford 289 uses a stud mount setup.

I want roller rockers but I can't find them for the 200...
There are two set's of Roller Rocker Arms being made for the Ford Small Six's they are both a 1.65 to 1 Ratio

Would I be able to use them on mine with the stock lifters?
Probably yes for the Rocker Arms Unlimited ones but not with the Yella Terra Rocker Arm's they require the Oil through Lifters used on a 289 / 302.

I looked on Rocker Arms Unlimited and couldn't find the rollers.
I think that you have to call them, they may not be in the internet catalog.

Several of Site member have all ready used them.
Look at F-44RA or F-44RRA on the bottom of this page
Does anyone know the difference between the F44RA and the F44RRA? both rockers look the same.
