hello to all, i am a new member and seeking advise.
i replaced an autolite 1100 1 barrel carb on my 66 mustang 170 6cyl with a weber 32/36 2 barrel. had to put adapter plate between manifold and carb.
got everything hooked up and new linkage on . and when i start the car up it starts right up but goes directly to very high rev. without even touching gas pedal have to shut it off before it blow's engine. i do not have any idea how to correct this issue, any help would be appreciated
