After work today I picked up my Mustang and drove it home. This is the most that I have drive it in almost 2 years. I was a little let down in the way the car handled, but then I reminded myself that technology and cars have changed a great deal in the last 37 years or so, so I can't really compare my 65 Mustang to my 2003 Windstar. (Apples and Oranges)
I still have a list of things to do and then some more fine tuning of the carb and motor, but so far so good.
Since I still need to hook up my vacuum modulator hose and adjust my trans kick-down cable, I had to manually shift my trans into 2nd gear, but after that the car accelerated nicely.
All in all I am please with the results so far.
Thanks again for everyone's help and support.

For starters, new poly suspension bushings and performance gas shocks will make a world of difference in your handling.
